We only solve the problem at hand.
That sentence is Clint’s, and it is the whole business. Most of what gets sold as an emergency is a loose neutral or a tired breaker. Some of it genuinely is a service that was never sized for the house it is feeding. The difference is a measurement, not an opinion, so the measurement happens first and you get told what it reads either way.
What you will not get: a “whole-home package” priced off a tablet, a surcharge for answering the phone on a Saturday, or a panel upgrade sold to fix a bad outlet.

I have seventeen years in the trade. Most of them were spent inside other people’s companies, and in June 2022 I started Infinity Electric. I got tired of watching homeowners get worked over by outfits big enough not to care what a job really needed.
So the company stays small on purpose. The person who answers the phone is the person who measures your panel and pulls the permit. There is no dispatcher, no commissioned salesman, and nobody upstream of you deciding what your house needs.
When you call, I will tell you what the reading says, even when the honest answer is a small fix. That is the only way I know how to run it.

My lights flicker when the AC starts. Is that dangerous?
Usually it is a voltage drop under load, and usually it is harmless: a motor pulling hard on a circuit near its limit. It becomes a real problem when the flicker is on circuits the AC is not even on, or when it comes with a warm panel cover or a smell. That pattern points at a loose neutral or a failing main connection, which is worth looking at quickly. Either way it is a measurement, not a guess.
Do I actually need a 200 amp panel?
Only if the load calculation says so. A house adding an EV charger, a hot tub, a finished basement or a heat pump often does. A house whose 100 amp service is fine and whose kitchen circuit is overloaded does not. That is a dedicated circuit, and it costs a fraction. The load is calculated before anyone talks about replacing anything, and you get the number either way.
My inspector flagged the electrical. Can you sign off on it?
Yes. Code corrections and occupancy inspection corrections are a regular part of the work, for buyers, sellers and landlords. Send the inspection report. The items get corrected, permitted where the municipality requires it, and re-inspected so the file closes. Requirements genuinely differ between St. Charles County and the St. Louis municipalities, which is worth knowing before you schedule a closing.
I have aluminum wiring. Does the whole house need rewiring?
Almost never. Aluminum branch wiring from the 1960s and 70s is a connection problem, not a wire problem. It expands and loosens at terminations, and the accepted remedy is modifying those terminations rather than tearing out the wire, which is a far smaller job than a full rewire. Anyone who opens with “the whole house has to come out” is selling, not diagnosing.
